Manhattan Mental Health Counseling (MMHC) is an enterprise AI operations platform for clinical documentation auditing (Healthcare SaaS, New York, USA). As Lead Product Designer I covered product architecture, UX strategy, workflow design, dashboards, audit interfaces and AI interaction design. The problem: clinical audits were manual and hard to scale, lacking consistency and transparency across large volumes of notes. The direction pairs automated note evaluation with human-in-the-loop review — guided by one thesis: AI accelerates review, humans ensure accountability.
