S.W.A.G.

S.W.A.G. (Stuff We All Get) is an AI-powered live commerce and resale marketplace. I contributed as Co-Founder and Chief Design Officer to the concept and early product direction (Maryland, USA). The problem we set out to solve: most resale and live-shopping experiences stop at listings, bids and checkout — they rarely build identity, ritual or long-term retention. The design direction turns commerce into participation, combining live auctions, creator tools, rewards and progression with SWAGGY, a branded AI voice concierge that guides buyers and helps sellers.

Outcome: a design direction that positions S.W.A.G. as a differentiated live-commerce platform — marketplace behaviour, creator identity, gamification and AI assistance working as one system — rather than another transactional resale app.
